Apple App time out

Whenever I use the IOS App, I receive time-out errors and connection errors. It's not my internet connection because I've tried from a few different areas. I know it's not my operating system because I have tried on a number of versions of IOS and I have the latest release. The App is great when it works. Please fix the bugs.
