I'm upset that you send me an sms telling me for 380 I can get new channels when I asked which Channels are those till now no feedback has been received from you, from the 9 July Miseries changed to 115 now your playing Parent Hood, Private Practice all the old seasons and the new seasons are on 113 why is that.
What the point for me to be paying 280 as most of the movies are always on repeat and if there anything new is not limited to Premium Subscribers.
I feel cheated for the 280 that I pay as there is now two Fox and 3 Miseries but I get the one with old Series.
Maybe I should go back to Etv, Sabc 1 till 3 and my dvd as this is not worth my money. to date no one has responded to my cCASE NUMBER: 3708547, just shows you the level of service you people provide.
