NU METRO - Charging incorrect amount on card again

When buying popcorn the person serving was friendly but she receipt she failed to give me my card reciept. I asked for it and noticed that an extra R10 has been added to the card transactions. Mistakes do happen, but this is NOT the first time I have been charged extra! I am choosing to report this conduct because I feel there are two possible problems here:
1) That the staff are not trained well enough to see the difference between the amounts on their screen reflecting x and then the card machine reflecting 25% more!
2) That there is a system in place where by busy parents are being overcharged on their cards and those serving them hope they do not check... then certain parties could possibly be pocketing the difference as cash under the radar of the cinema?
This is the third time in a year by a third different person at that food section! When I did speak to the Manageress she apologised and gave me a refund. I did not feel she understood what I was saying- if you do a simple calculation of the number of times it has happened to me and there is a or deception going on it could really be quite serious! In light of the repeat of this 'mistake' I will not be returning.
