Unhappy with new format

As a Compact subscriber I am highly unhappy with the change from Series to Series Zone. The format in which the channel now works, and the programmes I'm losing out on. I had this package specifically for a show I loved watching - Ellen Degeneres and Doctors, then I watched one or two other series.

But the new format, although there are great programmes as per the standard copy paste answer you give your customers who complains on Hello Peter, just. Who has the time to watch back to back episodes like that. And programmes running on consecutive days - like for instance Parenthood that's on every single night. As a working mom, even the million repeats does not help me.

I am so upset about the programmes I watched which are no longer available on the channel I was paying for. Definitely going to give this through to the Consumer Complaints Board of South Africa, as we as Compact customers are treated unfairly.
