Very bad sound and other noises

Me and 3 of my friends went to the 10h00 show on Sunday 7 julyy to watch the most anticipated Man of Steel. The movie for us was a disaster! The sound quality was so bad it was ridiculous. I went outside twice to ask the staff to improve this but nothing was done! There was also weird sounds coming from the back and the front that was totally disruptive. You pay such a lot for tickets these days and then receive such a bad quality product1
