Les Miserables ruined

Friday 18 January, I went to watch Les Mis. I did not have a good experience. Firstly the popcorn was stall, and tasted like cardboard. Secondly the movie quality was terrible. It was out of focus. Thirdly the sound quality was terrible. We could not hear any of the sung words. The sound was muffled, and was not in stereo. When the movie was finished I was hurried out of the complex by a rude man who kept on pointing to his watch and shouting about how late it is and we must hurry up.

We spend money on movie tickets, and then have to endure poor quality, and bad service. I could not even find someone to complain to at the centre.
