The customer service we are receiving from you guys is going from bad to worse. Its the second time i have to call to suspend my service as i travel often between jhb and kwazulu natal, the call centre agent assures me that its done but as soon as i get back the service is still active. I call and wait on the line like i have no work at all. Please sort out my problem or refund me and you will loose not only my business but my entire families business. We all tired of the way we are treated.
