Still waiting for refund???

CASE NUMBER: 3639498, 3652200, 3652199

Good day, one monday1/6/2013 I got this case number in which the message confirmed that I would get more info on when my refund would take place the NEXT day. I am sick of wasting my time and money trying to rectify a issue which was not my fault in the first place. Also I have to waste the parent account holder's time to get her to check if the refund might have been done. I expect my money to be paid in by today and be contacted to confirm.
