I am so upset, I was subscribed to Blizzard and paid an amount every two months to play online. After no longer playing the game I tried to stop the payments and delete the account. They will not let me and keep taking the money off. I have sent through proof of identity and jumped through hoops. No one has responded. Tomorrow I will have to try and block them through my bank. I CANNOT afford this and they are. Unsubscribing should be easy and hassle free, not sneaky and undermining... trying to get any last drop of money they can. I've lost over R1 200.00 from them. This is everything I hate in a company.
