Refer my complaint dated 5 June 2013. You should also have on record a call placed from your outbound call centre on 20 June 2013 during which the agent undertook to phone me back on 21 June 2013 at 9h00.

It is now 25 June 2013, and she has not phoned me back to resolve me issue.

Excellent customer services Multichoice. You really ARE attempting very hard to keep your customers happy (taking into consideration the cost of 're-installation' due to your upgrade and then the wonderful performance of your outbound call centre).
