Recreation & Entertainment

On an invoice received from M/c in June I noticed that m/c have been charging me for 11 subscriptions on my commercial account instead of 7
I called m/c on 011 2892289, the consultant said that I must send a letter on a letterhead outlining my dilemma & either email to commstatements or to the branch.

I went to the branch, spoke to Scelo Ncube. He said according to their records DSTV is charging me according to the TV points available on the premises instead of the number of smartcards which I requested to be activated. I urged him to make the changes at this particular branch since upon every request I have submitted a letter to the branch.

Scelo consulted with his manager Lynette. She looked at the query and said that she is unable to assist since a call centre consultant Lucky Mangela dealt with the activations. I emphasised that I only ever made changes at the branch. She refused to assist & after requesting to discuss with her in person she further refused. Scelo asked my to send the letter by email to commstatements which I did on 10 June. Commstatements automatic reply stated that they will reply within 3 days, this email and mails sent in MAY have not been responded to
