No feedback regarding channels after 10 emails

Good day. much to my frustration ive turned to hello peter once again. we have a commune with Dstv in each unit. since the channel changes i have one hotel premium package with extra channels chosen and payed for by us every month. when i phone i get the instruction to "send a email to commercialactivations ect ect." ive done that numerous times. no response, i phone again and get the same instruction. im really struggling to get a Units TV channels to work as applied for. please. someone in the right department phone me. i have to sort this out. im really thinking of deactivating all 11 decoders. this is how much trouble multichoice have given me in the past months. i await your prompt response regarding the matter.
