Ster-Kinekor
Really Bad Service

To whom it may concern,

My daughter and her friend went to watch a movie at the Tygervally branch, Ster Kinekor. The customer service person (Xoliswa Tyalana) attented to their request and by doing so, gave the most bad customer service ever.
Firstly, she gave the tickets for a 15:30 show when the requested the 17:30 show. Secondly, this same person took the Discovery movie card and said that it was faulty and cut the card up in front of them and made my girls pay for another card, why? and thirdly, the fact that she had the rudeness of having a conversation with another employee having McDonalds behind the counter and eating while serving my daughters and friend is totally unexceptable.

Please look into this as a matter of urgency as I want answers for this kind of service.
