Channel 425 not listed - cannot test

Hi
I received an email today about the switch over to the new system and that I need to go to channel 425 (a new special test station) to make sure if my dish and installation is working OK before the switch over. I went to do it now ans channel 425 is not listed or up and running - says E35 (channel not listed) - please advise when the test station will be up or if this is also an indication if I need someone to come and make the adjustment on my dish - my HD PVR was installed earlier this year 2013.
I did try and call the contact centre - but being 20th in the queue and calling from a cell phone I decided to rather ask on here (for free)
