Where do i start, i went to this branch some time back and experienced bad service. First of all, when i got there 15 minutes before the movie starts, i could not find anyone to book a ticket for me. i remember staff walking past, looking at us as if we don't exist, however i spend close to 350 - 400 bucks occasionally. Finally this guy walks to us and asked if he could help us... what a dumb question. we waited for about 10 minutes and he still asked if he could help us? That 's not all. We finally got the tickets, when we added the salt on the popcorn, the whole lid came off, and guess what, we could not get other popcorn!!! However we left it there in the voyeur.

Lastly, the movie quality was bad, the lights stayed on the for about 15 minutes (into the movie) until someone (a customer) went outside to complain about this. Honestly, I've always been loyal to Ster-kinor cinemas by not going to Numetro cinemas. I moved down to the Garden Route 2 years back and always enjoyed this cinemas, but the one in George takes the cake.

I am utterly disgusted by the bad service i received and surely don't feel like visiting this place again.
