Its past 48 hours by a loooong shot

14 of us went to watch Iron Man 3 on opening day at TygerValley which was rather abit more pricy than Nu metro but hey it should be one of the best cinemas in Cape Town right? Well watching a long film in a cinema that either had the air on the hot as setting or it was not working at all coupled with subpar sound. The heat made my wife start to feel rather ill and light headed, this went away as soon as we left the cinema, most of the group commented on the heat and sound, BUT WAIT it gets worse, I emailed the branch to get a reply a few days later saying the matter had been passed on to the proper people and would get a response 48 hours later, that was on the 6th or so of May (BY the way its about 480 hours late)... I then sent a email back a few days ago, recieved a sorry and you will hear from them in 24hours (this is now 96 hours late).. still waiting... So what gives? Really dont want to support a movie company as slack as you guys...
