Top TV is Toothless

I have been a loyal supporter for the competition since the early days of Top TV, I also understand that ODM has had to enter the market after DSTV had the time to build a huge customer base.

But Top TV has since never made any attempts at hearing it's customer and made very little movement toward improving it's now stale content. I have seen some Family Guy and Simpsons episodes more than 5 times already!

I see the ID channel showing stuff that was on when I first laid hands on Top TV.

But most annoying of all is the lack of communication Top TV has with it's customer.
3 Flagship channels get pulled by the Top TV supplier and we are just told to accept it as they bumble about trying to make a compromise. We are expected to make full payment however.
Top TV has never attempted to use it's customer base to engage change regarding sporting rights. And showing Australian rugby quite frankly is a slap in the face.
How many poor suburbs would get Top TV if local rugby were available?
There is a demand for sport not porn, do not assume you can create a demand where there is none.
I am in the process of reviewing DSTV for a switch.
