Did not get my refund to date!!!

I booked a nights stay for the 20 January 2013 and paid via credit card.
There was also a deduction of R2000 as deposit. To date I have not been refunded.
I have tried calling several times and I am put on hold for over half an hour each time.
Please can someone assist me.
