THEY DONT WANT TO FIX THEIR PRODUCT WHICH IS ON CO

Good day my name is Simphiwe Ngcobo (8507215715083) i bought a DSTV walka on the 12/03/2012 it was well all along and couple of days ago it couldnt switch on i called DSTV call centre on the 02/05/2013 14: 40 pm i spoke to Sibusisiwe who transfered me to his supervisor they told me they cannot do anything about it because it is out of a year warranty .they tol me to throw it away and buy the new one and just to think it is paid in advance that make me want to scream. they told me they dont fix (You also tell me also how the can you sell something and you cant fix it when something happens to it they dont even give me an option of what to do with it only to throw it away. I mean its only few days after warranty for the fact that they cant fix maybe they must take that into consideration im really not happy to be exploirted like thi this is very disgasting that walka obvous it was gonna be like that sooner or later i would like you Mr peter to stand up for me as a consumer or i will take it further its either its get fixed or they must consider the warranty OR extended warranty and if they cant fix it i swear i will take it further
