Company doing business and running on promises!

It has been nearly 2 weeks now that I have been waiting, hearing and being promised that I will receive the holding deposit from Remax after my tenant (managed by Remax) moved out.

The detail of the tenant moving out, the damages (outstanding rent, state of property) is a completely different kettle of fish... not what one would expect from having your property managed by a reputable outfit such as Remax, and relying on their core business and legal grasp to manage.

I am literally fed up of the promises, the delay in responses and progress on this matter and want to make it clear for everyone to see how useless it is doing business with Remax!!!...what was the point of them taking their monthly commission if I am the one who has to constantly phone, ask, instruct, get involved in the management of this lease???

If there is any other agency that can offer me better service and have service levels they can maintain then please feel free to let me know of your existence in Cape Town.
