Worst Service/ Lying

We purchased a property in Lonehiil from Demo Van Zyl. From day one he *, we are now 4 months into the deal and we still have issues regarding snags. Whenever you contact him he comes up with some excuse. We are waiting for the simplist things to be sorted now and its getting frustrating.

He's and non stop over the last few weeks. I have spoken to a few people who know him and they all say we've got the worst agent ever.

I would never recommend or deal with him again and hope that his business closes soon.
