Worst Estate Agent

We bought a house and moved in on 1 Dec 2012. Prior to moving in we asked Julius what issues there were with the house, he said none. He did not give us a Defect's list and from what I understand, he never bothered to do this. Before moving in, we brought up a concern about the geyser, which was never fixed by the sellers, who Julius dealt with and he was made aware of this concern.

After moving in, we discovered a whole lot of issues. Julius was the main estate agent with this deal, the other company involved were not the main agent and the other company have been awesome in trying to help us..

Julius only cares about commission, he has a very bad attitude, he is a and one of the worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. He apparently has washed his hands clean of this deal and doesn't feel the need to respond to my emails.

This is one company I will never deal with, will rather use the other company.
