Don't use Get2CapeTown & Geraldean Howes

Just wanted to warn people about an unscrupulous real estate agent operating in Blouberg, Cape Town. Her name is Geraldean Howes and she runs an agency called Get2CapeTown. Had the displeasure of dealing with her. She managed an apartment of mine. Over the course of a month, I discovered that she breached her mandate twice, didn't pay me the rentals owed (until I threatened legal action), replaced a geyser in my flat (that didn't need replacing) with one of her suppliers. I also found evidence of when I chatted to one of the tenants she brought. She was charging him a higher rate and quoting me a lower rate that she paid over to me. I have documents and emails to back up everything and I am in the process of laying charges against her and reporting her to the EAAB. Hopefully, she won't be able to target anymore people. I would suggest that people avoid Get2CapeTown and Geraldean Howes.
