I hate vbeing the difficult client, the one who adds comments to blogs like these but I cannot stand it anymore and staying quiet is not the answer. We've recently moved out of a cottage that we've been renting from PPA. My contract states that my deposit will be refundended within 14 days, but due to the bad service and incapability of the staff to communiacate with clients we are still waiting for our money. On day 14, when the money had to be paid I reported the situation to management who promised to deal with the situation, yet today on day 20, after having moved, I still don't have my money, and my last few emails have been ignored. This company should work on client relations and train their staff better- and stick to their own contracts. I'm tired of having to beg for whats due to me and for the bad service overall in this country. If you don't like your job and can't work with people do something else instead of raising my blood pressure.
