, Pathetic Customer service

This branch has to me, mislead me, refuse to get back to me and the branch manager has no interest in sorting out this matter. On the 23rd of Jan I sent an email to the branch advising of issues I had with our account as there were some discrepancies. To date I still do not have a answer regarding this, i am told that they are working on it and because the account goes back to 2009 it takes time.
I also should have received my deposit back on 07.02.13 but to date I am still waiting for it. It has been delayed because the home owner was being spiteful and the branch does not make notes on arrangements made and had no interest in helping the situation along. The made promises that they knew very well they could not keep and told me just enough to get me off the phone, not to mention the I have been told. They have unnecessarily delayed payment and I have spent time on numerous phone calls, emails and even took it to their customer care department and I have not had email confirmation from them either. I was told my deposit would show this morning, big surprise nothing...
