NOT RETURNING MY PHONE CALLS

I moved out of the rented property the end of January, and was informed that the refund of my deposit could take up to 31 days. I have tried following up to see how far this is, as I have had a medical emergency. Even if I leave ten messages a day this lady does not return my calls.
