RUDE AWAKENING

My parents wanted to sell their house and gave it to Gawie to put on the market and sell. After a few showdays the house was sold. What bad after sale service. Firstly he didn't put a clause in to get occupational rent from new owners should they move in earlier and then secondly he is rude over the phone and has an attitude. Bad service from someone who is suppose to be servicing you as the client.
