Poor service

I would just like to add that I have
never in my life experienced such
bad service from anywhere. Since
November 2012 I've been applying
for a rental property with your
company and have gotten the
runaround since then. One day I'm
given this information, the next day
the story is all of a sudden
changed. I eventually cancelled
everything and now I have to wait
another LONG period to get my
own money back!! I wait forever
on the phone! No integrity!
DISGUSTING!!
