Noise and no warning issues

I am a law abiding citizen. I am a resident at Westminster Close. A complex in Bryanston. I am living here for 2 years. Recently a new couple has moved into the unit above us and they have caused havoc from day one. Parties till early hours of the morning and just being utterly disrespectful to other that live in this complex. I have complained to the management of Sabreal. No action has been taken. Even forwarded emails highlighting their own laws and how it was been broken. No response from them. I am absolutely frustrated. It's been the 6th weekend in a row I was awaken by these in humane people that live upstairs from me. People have no respect for others and the Management cares more for the money than people's well being.
