Never rent property from this company

So after seeing a property with this company, we agreed to rent it conditional on being available on good condition. We were relocating from KZN to Gauteng with everything including the dog so when we were told the property will only be ready over a week later, we decided to wait as this move was stressful for us and decided to pay extra for the removal company. The property was still not in good nick but Guy ensured we simply send an email and everything will be fixed. It never happened! After a year of living in the house! Yes we took a 6 months lease, extended 2 times for 3 months each as we were desperately trying to find another house but first my 2 year old daughter got sick, then I, then my hubby for OVER FOUR months. Strongest antibiotics didnt help. Then the told doctor said clean the carpets... we did out of our own cost (even though it was on the list of things to be done but hey this was our health) and we all got better within 4 days. So Guy says after all this I only find the rentors (poor suspecting families) and Souverainte Investments is the owner so they responsible. And after all this he make a number od appointments to get other rentors before we leave
