Extremely bad service delivery and workmanship

I purchased an apartment at the newly developed Seasons Court in Umhlanga. I took possession at the end of September. First off, they skipped inspections prior to possession of unit in favor of finishing on time. This gave me a bad feeling that they would rush the finishes which was confirmed to me upon inspection AFTER I had taken possession. Shelves were incorrect lengths and instead of getting shelves of proper length, they just drilled extra holes to accommodate shorter shelves. That's a minor thing but that level of laziness has filtered through with everything. The apartment stinks of quick fixes. The window frames are very jagged and the steel is cut extremely badly, I requested a replacement but they fill with silicon of a different color, it looks very tacky. Half the tiles are hollow and not laid correctly, I had a massive snag list. Communicating with Trapezoid is a nightmare, the building manager's very arrogant. As it stands I am still waiting for tiles to be relaid for a second time and haven't been able to move in for over 3 months now. They are developing Phase 2 and units are for sale. Prospective buyers, BEWARE!! I do not recommend dealing with Trapezoid!!
