No Deposit return, No response

I rented a house in Moregloed, Pretoria from July 2012 to end September 2013. I vacated the house at the end of September. It has been 60 days, I have not received my Deposit back, and have not received any formal response on what to expect nor when to expect it. Agent keeps telling me that she is busy. I phoned yesterday after trying every phone number I could find on their website. Only one of them rang and I finally got hold of someone other than the agent I use to deal with. It was the manager. I told her that I budgeted for this money and I was -R2500 in my bank account due to this. I also told her I would log a complaint with the rental tribunal but wanted to give her a chance to respond before I take drastic measures. Apparently its not just one person in the organization, its a culture thing over there! Its been 24 hours and no one has returned a call, plus I cannot get hold of them once again. I think they have more work than they can handle, but I now have no money for food or even petrol to go to work. I even had to cancel the weekend I was going to spend with my kids. Thanks a lot for the great service, how about applying the so called mission statement?!!
