Bad and atitude

I Midcity Propety rep called me to tell me about how i left a unit in a mess without going to the actual unit and seeing for herself.
She calls me with a bad attitude with confrontational arrogance and has the to put a phone down on my ear when i asked if she had seen or has proof of her accusations.

I have bad experience with most rental services companies not of a similar complaint but i feel they never wanna pay back your deposit.
