SHEER INCOMPETENCE

We sold and moved out of our unit at 51 Piketberg, Equestria Estate, Pretoria in April this year. We advised Pretor of this move and requested a final account which, believe it or not, they sent. We paid it immediately and asked if that was the FINAL statement. Their response was that it was. The transfer attorneys also advised them we had sold and moved. After continuing to receive statements we contacted them and they said that the transfer attorney must advise them of the sale, not us. I again contacted the attorney who confirmed he had advised them. I again contacted Pretor and informed them of this and asked them to stop sending accounts for levies we did not owe as we no longer reside at that address. Well, guess what? They are STILL sending us monthly statements. We notice that they are a company that do not respond to. We also notice that EVERY posting on this website is negative. Clearly they ignore complaints and they ignore their clients and ex-clients. So, if you want an agent to administer your complex or apartment block in Pretoria, I strongly advise you to avoid Pretor at all costs. They are as useless as they are clearly arrogant.
