I parked my car on the 4th floor-the lifts didnt seem to be working so i had to walk up to the post office.
They weren't busy at this time and I was quickly attended to.
I made my way back to my car without thinking i was there for more than 15minutes.
Arriving at the exit i was told in no uncertain way that i had been there for21 minutes.
As i have chronic back pain and walk with crutches i was told by the attendant to go back and pay at the machines.
i tended my R7.00 but was ignored by both the attendant and customer serice for parking.
Is this customer service-I certainly won't be at the shopping centre again.
