Underhanded behaviou

We have been renting this property for the last 2 years and have not signed a lease since a year as they refused to take care of a roach infestation since 2011. They then send us statements which show we never signed a lease and in the last month miraclously dates on the statements have changed and they demand a fee for an increase in the rent. We have all documents to show this lack of integrity and pathetic customer relations, we email and they dnt respond...
