Good day

This is a letter of complaint for the following reasons:

The Gate
o On The 23rd of June around 3am my garage gate blew off due to the storm, I have reported this incident the very same morning to Pam Golding who is my Agency. I reported this incident to Anthea Joubert who then confirmed that they will have this fixed the very same day as I have explained that I am on the main road with a toddler of 1years old.
o This has not been done the same day, it was only fixed two days after at 21:00pm, which was not acceptable for me as I have explained that I have a toddler and this was to be done during the course of the day. There were four gentlemen who came to fix this gate in the evening, there were a lot of noise made and very disturbing to my neighbours as they only completed this by 23:00pm, I even had to open my house so they could get power to install the gate.
o The following morning I notice that the key of the gate was not working properly as I could not lock the gate. I then once again reported this immediately to Pam Golding and spoke to Anthea Joubert, she then reverted to me that the body corporate has made the arrangements for the gate to be fixed, and s
