Refund of the deposit made for flat # 1158B5

Good day,

I signed a lease contract on the 15 July 2013, and was promised occupancy on the 26 July 2013 on flat # 1158B5 only to find out the same day i was supposed to enter the premisses that i was given to someone else. I advised the head office of what happened and they allocated another flat. on the 29 July, i found out again that the same flat was allocated to someone again. After having a telephone conversation with the manager, i decided to cancel the contract and a refund of R6, 000 be deposited back to my bank account. An email was sent on the 5 August 2013 to [Email Removed] and after making numerous calls, 4 times a day, nothing has transpired. I keep on being told that the person in the finance department (Liesel) is either not at work or has left early for the day. messages have been left on many occassions and yet nobody is taking reponsibilty for making the payment back to my account. This company cleary does not know what business continuity is all about. I therefore require your assistance in getting back my R6000 for the deposist made as well as for the cost of 80 plus calls made to this company equating to R141.60.
