Very bad service - breach of Consumers Act

They paid R760 rand back as deposit of R5150 after no one can tell me what the deductions was for other than fees. They sent me a statement stating R2900 for maintenance but only filled 2 x 1c size holes. They never fixed anything I reported as broken where one of them almost lead to my wife being electrocuted. There is no better way than describing them otherwise than blatant. They are dishonest, have bad service and steel your money everywhere they can. I am not the first person who this happened to i this area. Actually all I have spoken too experienced the exact same dishonesty. The maintenance contractor said he only had to wash the carpets, which I had to do when I moved in as well. I have complained numerous occasions about items that requires maintenance but they NEVER came to fix it. I got a contractor myself to do maintenance but he couldn't fix the main problems - he works for the owners of the property and never came back. Absolutely pathetic - if you work through them - KNOW THAT YOU WILL LOOSE MONEY.
