TOO BUSY TO HELP SOMEONE!!!

I am awaiting 16 days already for my electricity refund when the keys to the flat unit was handed in on 01.07.2013. This is pathethic to say the least. No emails gets answered and no phone calls gets answered as she is permanently busy with something else.

Can someone please assist!!!
