Hyde Park Shopping Centre
Vehicle - no assistance

My car was from the parking area while we were at the moives. I asked security to let me see their video footage to establish time of and how the managed to access the car, start it and drive it away, where the security guard was at the time and how the got through the boom. To my surprise, I was not allowed to see the video on the. Two subsequent mails to management have been left unanswered. AND here is the thing - no one has asked me where the vehicle was parked. There appears to be ZERO interest in following this up.
There have been previous incidents that I have witnessed at this shopping centre which leave me with the sense that the centre is being "worked" by a syndicate - and management seems not to care. VERY ODD. I have been a regular shopper at that centre but I will avoid it in future. Of course they would never tell me how often this sort of thing happens - but I doubt my loss was a once off incident. Any one else know of anything similar? - please report it on this site.
