Get your referral comm percentage in writing!!!

My wife was promised a referral com for introducing a cash buyer for a R2.5 million property.(deal is done and paid for)
I phoned Jane Steiger to establish exactly what the percentage is and was told VERY clearly the policy is 5 percent of the agents commission which ranges between 3 and 5 percent.
My wife was paid R1000 and the excuse was "extra admin". HELLO???
