I am frustrated that government workers take there jobs for granted yet there job is to help you. I have been requesting to be called by Lesiba on many occasions and still nothing till now. I had mediation for my deposit to be returned by my landlord however it was sent to the tribunal court. This was on 29th January 2013 and it is 3 months that I have been waiting for Lesiba to give me a date to get this finalised and yet he refuses to call me back or give me any feedback. This is why landlords get away with everything coz these people dont do their jobs. Im sick of wasting my airtime daily to get this person to call me, I'm now using more money to try and get back what was suppose to be due to me. People like this should fired and give other people who are more committed to doing whats expected of them. A simple call to give me a date to finalise this situation is not difficult. The fact that I can call 5 times a day to speak to him and he is never available is absolute. I want this to be sorted out immediately.
