Department of Home Affairs
POOR SERVICE

We went to the department of home affairs at Benoni, we got there and every body there was on lunch even the manager, and the lady that we found there also left us there and went on lunch.we couldn't be assisted, staff there are very very rude they don't even greet us and are not willing to assist anyone due to there was no electricity. no one was there to assist, the place is very dirty and the private documents are all over the place. there was only one guy named Private Outshiki who was assisting everyone.

Is this why we pay tax? To be treated like nothing?

This is no customer service, they should take all thier staff to a training of treating customers fairly, The staff there should decide wheather they want to work or not because this not acceptable.
