SARS
No resolution from SARS relating to submitted tax

My wife was retrenched 2012. Tax handed to tax consultants, and they said SARS does not assist them. Took documentation to new tax consultants, and after lodging objection AGAIN (after my wife personally lodged and objection at SARS Horison) we are still waiting to hear anything from SARS. They apparently owe my wife quite a large amount of money. Is this the reason we dont hear anything from them? We desperately need that refund to get out of our financial predicament, but alas, no news from SARS. This entire process have now been dragging since May 2012 . Whats happening to SARS?
