No Water... AGAIN

Seriously??? This is the 5 time in 3 days...

Over the past 3 Days we have been without water a total of 5 times- The last outage lasted since yesterday, 3pm. I have resigned myself to the pointlessness of calling to report this as 'apparently' a call has been logged. I don't see anyone on site... With a 16 month baby and an elderly man in our house this is more than just an inconvenience. How do we make formula? How do I keep my sick grandfather's legs clean? (he has skin cancer and several open wounds that need cleaning every few hours. Bottled water is all fine and dandy but what will it cost me to fill a bath tub, let alone heat the water first.

This is disgusting and unacceptable. Fit the goddamn pipes once and for all. If the municipality kept up with regular maintenance we wouldn't have this problem... but then I guess they would be required to care...
