Hi, I sold my house last year already but Tshwane Municipality keeps sending me the bill, I phone and phone and when someone answers, you just hear them talking in the background but no one ever responds. PLEASE CANCEL MY RATES AND TAXES BILL AS YOU CANNOT SEND ME A BILL FOR A HOUSE I DON'T OWN - WAKE UP Tshwane Municipality!!!
