Poor service delivery damages private property

Over numerous complaints of the burst pipes and water that run through my property at 10 steelbridge grove unit 4, phoenix, have been reported since february 2013. I even went to the head office situated at durban central. Collin chetty of waste water department was going to refer the issue to another department. Aslo natasha ramdass of storm water also gave me that same response. Till this day there has been no progress and water is still damaging my garage and boundary walls. Estimated damages are about 25000rands and increasing as the days go by.
