Tracing it

I went to city of tshwane (head office-environmental) days before this bad service i received yesterday they ref me to mabopane municipality i found this lady with bad attitude and incompetent i told her i need help to trace cemetry in mabopane station graveyard and i have got the cemetry number with me she said sorry i cant help because old staff who used to work here are no longer present and books where burnt under bophuthatswana era ref me back to head office.we have been sent to mahikeng and not helped. and when i ask some questions just said I DO NOT KNOW.I think this type of people they dont have mercy or they are cruel because she does not even consider Why i am looking for cemetry. I pay levies and my family as well for her to get salary but she cant even try to help but give bad attitude. Another thing is that she does not take responsibility she said is not her problem is my problem and city of tshwane. Please help resolved this problem.
