USELESS Customer service

We were stuck on the tracks in a train for more than 2 hours, and not once were we informed of any progress. We asked but not even the staff were willing to share any details with us. Nor would they let us off the train. After a while, some vigilante passengers forced the doors open and we walked on the tracks to the next station. This is unacceptable, and we didnt even get our money back. Absolutely useless. The least you can do is let us know by means of announcement. Without passengers you have no jobs! So much for a service orientated company.
